We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

 

Customer & Software Support (m/f)

Your key responsibilities:

  • being responsible for consulting our clients and future clients,
  • explaining the features and possibilities of our software via phone and online conferences to prospective customers in German or English,
  • advising our clients in case of questions or problems with our software,
  • keep an eye on needs and demands of clients and markets and sharing them with your colleagues,
  • working hand in hand with our software developers and our marketing team,
  • operating in first level support.

Your qualifications are:

  • degree in IT (either apprenticeship or University),
  • knowledge in telecommunications engineering and network management,
  • being able to communicate in our client’s terminology,
  • having fun communicating with clients on the phone and in online conferences,
  • strong communication skills, self-confident and convincing manner,
  • strong German (fluent) and English language skills.
